EN TH

We’ve been running our coffee cart next to what used to be the Narai Hotel since 2002. Over the years, we watched the hotel stand strong — until the day it was finally torn down.

What we remember most fondly is the hotel’s generosity toward the local community.
People living nearby — including small vendors like us — were welcome to use the restrooms when needed, something few places would allow. Hotel guests often stopped by our little cart for coffee. Some became familiar faces, returning every time they visited Bangkok. Even the hotel staff were regulars — always warm, friendly, and supportive.

We’ve always admired how kind and down-to-earth the hotel’s founding family was.
The owner would often walk over with a friendly smile to buy coffee from us, and from time to time, would even invited us to bring our cart to serve drinks at events on-site. It meant a lot to us — to be seen and supported not just as vendors, but as part of the community.

Silom has its own unique charm, and we’ve seen it change a lot throughout the years.
Even though we live far away and have to wake up very early every morning, we’ve kept coming back to this spot for decades. We feel deeply connected to this place — it’s more than just a corner to sell coffee; it’s where we truly belong.

Now, seeing the new Hatai project come to life, we’re truly excited. When we first saw the renderings, we were amazed — it’s modern, inviting, and full of new energy. We’re proud to still be here, and we can’t wait to see what’s next.
