Hatai is located in Silom, the cosmopolitan stomach and soul of Bangkok. Hatai sits directly on Silom Road, on the former grounds of the Narai Hotel, with easy access via both MRT and BTS transit lines.

Hatai will offer a distinctive mix of hospitality, retail, and cultural spaces set within an architecturally mesmerising location. Expect world-renowned hotels, modern retail with a creative twist, a broad range of dining experiences and public spaces designed to help you reconnect.

Hatai is owned and operated by Narai Hospitality Group, one of Thailand’s most established names in hospitality. The project’s design is led by renowned British designer Thomas Heatherwick, working in collaboration with local creatives.

Hatai is being designed to meet high standards of sustainability and wellness. The project is targeting LEED Gold and WELL Gold certification, reflecting its commitment to reducing environmental impact and supporting the health, vitality, and experience of all who spend time at Hatai.
